Each year brings new milestones for the team at Temecula Catering, and 2015 marked a major step forward in our growth as a leading event catering provider in Temecula Valley.
With the Temecula Valley wine country continuing to grow as a destination for weddings, private parties, and corporate events, the demand for high quality catering services has increased dramatically. Our team has been fortunate to work alongside many of the region’s wineries, venues, and event planners to help bring hundreds of celebrations to life.
During 2015 alone, Temecula Catering successfully serviced more than 400 special events throughout Temecula Valley and surrounding Southern California communities.
Growth of the Temecula Valley Event Industry
Over the past decade, Temecula Valley has developed into one of Southern California’s most popular destinations for weddings and private celebrations. The area’s scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and warm climate make it an ideal location for outdoor ceremonies and receptions.
As the local event industry continues to grow, catering plays a central role in the success of every event. Couples, corporate planners, and private hosts rely on professional catering teams to deliver memorable dining experiences for their guests.
Temecula Catering has continued to evolve alongside this growth by expanding our menus, refining our service approach, and strengthening relationships with local venues and wineries.
Expanding Catering Services in Temecula
When Temecula Catering first opened in 2010, our team serviced approximately 40 events during the first year of operation. As our reputation grew and partnerships expanded, the number of events increased significantly each year.
By 2015, Temecula Catering had grown to support over 400 events annually and developed partnerships with six different wineries throughout the Temecula Valley wine region.
To support this growth, we expanded our operations by doubling the size of our kitchen, office, and warehouse space. This allowed our team to serve more events while maintaining the quality and consistency that our clients expect.
During this time we also unveiled our new company logo and remodeled our tasting room to reflect the evolving Temecula Catering brand.
Menu Innovation and Culinary Creativity
Behind every successful catering company is a team of talented chefs who continually push creativity in the kitchen.
Throughout 2015 our culinary team focused on expanding menu offerings and introducing new options for weddings and special events. While Temecula Catering originally built its reputation on French American cuisine, our chefs also began introducing additional fusion inspired menu options designed to bring new flavors and creativity to event dining.
These additions allowed couples and event planners to design menus that reflected their unique tastes while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Growth would not have been possible without the incredible team that supports every event.
When Temecula Catering began in 2010, the company operated with fewer than twenty employees. By the end of 2015, our team had grown to more than fifty dedicated professionals working across culinary, event coordination, and service roles.
Our service staff is trained to deliver professional hospitality using high standard service techniques including silver service and other formal dining approaches when required.
This commitment to service ensures that every event runs smoothly and every guest receives the attention they deserve.
