Three Temecula wineries including Oak Mountain Winery, Leonesse Winery, and Danza Del Sol Winery use Mike as their caterer for fine dining. Temecula Catering was used as the chef for the VIPs at the Temecula Balloon and Wine Festival. Chef Mike has also been featured on TV with our local X Sports champions.
