After another year of servicing over 400 special events seamlessly, our team at Temecula Catering continues to strive to create an enhanced experience for all of our clients and their guests. 2015 was a huge year for Temecula Catering, we would like to take a moment to celebrate and reflect upon our achievements.

With Temecula continuing to grow as a popular wedding and party destination, we are ever growing and on the cutting edge with our creative menus and service techniques. When we opened in 2010 we serviced about 40 events the first year since then we have expanded our operation to enable over 500 a year.  In 2015, we reached 400 special events with partnerships with 6 different wineries in Temecula.  This year we grew Temecula Catering operations, we doubled our kitchen, office and warehouse space to accommodate more events. We unveiled our new logo this year and remodeled our tasting room to reflect our new image.

With a lot of time spent in the kitchen our Chef’s had a good time creating new options for our guests.  This year we have added many new menus, not just in a French-American style but other unique fusion menus. We began in 2010, with a staff of less than 20 employees and by the end of 2015 we are thriving with a staff of over 50. We pride ourselves on our highly trained service staff which follow silver service and other high standard service techniques.

There is no doubt that 2015 was a great year for Temecula Catering.  We say Thank You to all of our clients from 2015 who entrusted us with their weddings and special events!  Without all of you we would not be here doing what we love.  We are looking forward to continuing to grow with you in 2016.
