In addition to event catering, Chef Michael is also happy to provide your group with an exclusive gourmet cooking lesson! We can teach groups from 1 to 30 at your location or at one of our venues. Our cooking classes are hands-on, meaning you will be preparing the courses yourself. This unique approach allows you the ability to re-create the meals at home with ease. Chef Michael will work with you to create a menu according to your tastes and interests. We provide aprons, chef hats and recipe books for you to take home. Just bring your friends and family!
