Jamaica Jerk Beef and Chicken Kabob

Kabobs have been a favorite dish of the Middle East from the beginning of time. America has adopted them as a favorite summer dish, Chef Michael has taken them one step further by adding a Jamaica Jerk Rub (which can be seen in another video class).

Ingredients Include:
Beef
Chicken
Green, Red and Yellow Peppers
Large Button Mushrooms
Large Pearl Onions
Jamaica Jerk Rub
Olive Oil
Teriyaki Sauce
Salt & Pepper
