Introducing Chef Michael Allan Cragg, Temecula Valley’s new hot and innovative chef is ready to assist you with all of your catering needs. Chef MAC was educated at the Art Institute of California in Orange County where he received a Bachelors of Science in Culinary Management. He has spent the last five years refining his skills at a prestigious five-star resort hotel in Laguna Niguel California.

 

Chef MAC and his crew offer full-service catering for your next event. We can cater your intimate gatherings with family and friends. We are equally at home catering elegant weddings at one of Temecula Valley’s wineries. His refined and delectable selections will enhance your next banquet, corporate event, conference or convention.
