Temecula Catering was used as the chef for the VIPs at the Temecula Balloon and Wine Festival. Chef Mike has also been featured on TV with our local X Sports champions.  Today, we are even finding the executive chefs from the largest wineries calling Chef Mike to share his expertise in Sous Vide.
